Did Not Receive Your Mail Drop?
We know how much your monthly drop means to you. If it has not arrived, follow these steps and we will make it right.
Check Delivery Timing
Monthly drops ship during the first week of each month. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping. Please allow up to 10 business days before reporting a missing drop.
Verify Your Address
Log into your account and confirm your shipping address is current. Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office in case the package was held or delivered nearby.
Check Your Tracking
Look for the shipping confirmation email we sent when your drop was dispatched. Use the tracking number provided to check the latest status with the carrier.
Contact Us
If your drop still has not arrived after 10 business days, reach out using the form above with the subject “Missing Mail Drop.” Include your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Important Note
If your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier as well. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement at no additional cost for confirmed lost shipments.
